Business Terms and Conditions of Instant Webbie Designs

1)  All clients are required to provide their own customized graphics and text for their own web sites.  Pornography and other offensive material are forbidden - IWD holds no responsibility on the content of the clients material.

2)  The client must be VERY clear and specific on their needs and requirements for their website from day one.  Once the site is completed and paid for - IWD has no obligation to make changes to sites free of charge - additional charges will be added to the initial start up fee.

3)  Once the web sites are completed and uploaded onto the internet - IWD will charge for any updating and changes needed at an hourly rate excluding extra tools needed.

4)  We do offer the Web Hosting through our partnering company Bravo Technology Center.  If you require more information on Web Hosting and general IT consulting needs then go to http://bravotech.net

5)  Any web sites created through IWD holds NO WARRANTIES once completed - WYSIWYG.

6)  All web sites that are under IWD’s development will be carefully monitored and constant contact will be made with each individual client to ensure accuracy and meeting each clients individual needs.

7)  All correspondence to IWD is to be made via email, however if you need an interactive response to a question or in emergency cases please use the telephone number listed on our Contacts Page.

8)  These web sites are on a basic and working level only so any advanced features required in any web sites will be charged at an hourly rate in addition to the start up fee.
