Policy/service fee item: By default, sites are developed for used with IE 5 or above.  Cross platform compatibility/conversion fee (determined on case-by-case basis).

The client is responsible for providing their own graphics and the text content of their own sites.  
Custom graphics and logos are available at an additional fee.

Standard turnaround time for web sites is 5 business days. During this time all clients are to answer queries within the time constraints or otherwise this can cause unnecessary delay to their web sites - all correspondence is done via email. 

We accept both UK and US Currency and we provide 2 local mailing address.  We eliminate the prohibited expenses of international money orders for all clients.
